Avalon seeks faculty members with a love for the subjects that they teach and the personal habits of a good coach.

The Avalon School exists to help parents provide a basic human and Christian formation to their sons in grades two through twelve through a challenging liberal arts curriculum in an atmosphere of personal responsibility and freedom, guided by the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church. We seek to foster the gifts of faith and culture that are within each boy's grasp and to help fulfill the deep desire to live a noble life that resides in all men.

Witness and personal example are often as important as proclamation for providing education to young people. Teachers, administrators, and staff of The Avalon School are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the teaching of the Catholic Church.
