The Avalon School Application for Enrollment
Step 1
- Submit the appropriate materials: a complete the online application form and submit the fee of $75, at least one teacher recommendation, and a current school transcript. The forms for the academic records and recommendation request can be found below.
- After submitting materials, we will be in contact to schedule the family interview.
- To complete the application process, please submit your teacher recommendations and academic records via email to [email protected]; the request for academic records document is found below and the teacher recommendation form can also be found below.
We ask that you fill out the application and that your current school and recommended teacher fill the other forms.
All documents must be completed and returned before a family interview can be scheduled.

The Avalon School utilizes FACTS for Financial Aid Assessment and Smart Tuition for those families who prefer to pay their tuition in 10 monthly installments. Call the school for more information.
